Cancellation Policy
Our first cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice will be recorded, but no charge will apply. Any subsequent cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service amount.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service amount.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide the full service. If I’m unable to accommodate you or adjust the service, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my best to reschedule your appointment at a time that works for you.
A credit card is required to secure all appointments. Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
This policy is in place to help me notify standby clients of any availability, keep my schedule running smoothly, and ensure the highest level of service for both current and future clients.
